Cancellation Policy
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You must follow the return process after receiving the product.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product. The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. The product is in its original packaging with all tags, invoices, and accessories intact.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Important: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. This serves as valid proof to expedite your refund or replacement claim for items damaged during transit.
The Refund Process
Request: Email rajujariwala456@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
Pickup/Self-Ship: Depending on your location, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back to our warehouse.
Inspection: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.
Approval: If approved, the refund will be initiated.
Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method (Card, UPI, Net Banking).
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer. You will be asked to provide your bank details.
Refund Timelines
Internal Processing: 3-5 business days after quality approval.
Bank/Gateway Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Exchange Policy
We do accept exchange or replacement.
